Production of custom tools

At Disholt, we fully understand that the metal, wood, and plastics processing industries are highly diverse. That’s why Disholt offers you the option to have custom-made solid carbide (VHM) milling cutters and drills manufactured. This includes profile cutters, finishing and roughing cutters, stepped drills, drill/mill combinations, and custom sizes and shapes with high-quality coatings.

All you need to do is provide us with your DXF drawing of the desired profile/product, along with the material specification of your product. With this DXF, we create a 3D drawing of your desired milling cutter or drill, which we send back to you for confirmation, ensuring you know exactly how the tool will look, and allowing for any small adjustments if necessary.

At Disholt, we maintain short communication lines, so you can quickly receive your custom tool. We have an extensive range of machinery, including (CNC) machines for tool grinding, as well as turning, milling, cylindrical/flat grinding, and wire EDM machines.
